At the laboratory Bio-Aliment Lab (Vilanova i la Geltru) the microbiological research of the check sample of milk and the milk, being processed according to the technology ISTOK®BCN was conducted.

ISTOK® - R
Enterobacterias, moss and streptococci were registered in the check sample.
In the sample, that was held under the influence of the resonator, only streptococci were registered.
