Experiment nº11 - The effect of the technology ISTOK on the process of preservation using the existing packings for the food manufacturing industry. 
On the photos the research findings of the effect of the technology ISTOK on the packings, which are used  in the  food manufacturing industry are presented: food aluminum foil, , glass, red ceramics,  Tetra Brik Aseptic.

Cow's milk of average butterfat was used for the test.

On the left  – the check cow’s milk packing sample , on the right – the packing, preliminary processed according to the technology ISTOK. The way of processing of the packaging is contactless.
Conditions of survey work are always identical.

Conclusion:
Application of the technology ISTOK makes it possible to increase significantly the food shelf life.

Note: the processing is made according to the technology ISTOK using the contactless method and within a short period of time without usage of high-temperatures or high pressure.

Unlike the previously mentioned materials, additional gluing of a special label, activated according to the given technology is needed for glass vessels, because average glass cannot be activated.
