The result of the brandy spirit’s evaporation process in natural conditions  is presented on these photos.

On the left – check, on the right – sample, processed on the resonator ISTOK BCN-agua.

Initially there was the equal quantity of spirit,  eventually, the process of evaporation in the processed sample has distinctly slowed down.

On the photo №2 the check sample contains absolutely dry remnant, the activated sample (on the right) contains thick oily substance.

The influence of the resonator on the drink has been held contactlessly through glass.

The resonators ISTOK® BCN are made of specially processed material. Application of this material in the wine, beer and other drinks  production process gives an opportunity to implement the technology ISTOK® BCN without essential costs, using the operating manufacturing equipment.
